Cleerly is creating a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Our technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks.
At Cleerly, we collaborate digitally and use a wide variety of systems. Our people use Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video, prior experience in these areas is a plus. Role or department specific technology needs may vary and will be listed as requirements in the job description.
The Commercial Operations Specialist will be responsible for commercial reporting to a wide range of audiences both internal and external at Cleerly. This role will also be key to our sales compensation process including calculating and paying out of commissions. There will also be ad hoc requests that this role will work collaboratively on with the rest of the Commercial Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide insights to executives (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Assist with manual data pulls and analysis including sourcing, cleaning, and visualization
- Assist with board meeting preparation, investor requests, and other executive reporting requests
- Prepare Salesforce data (ie, opportunities) for new fiscal year including cloning opportunities to align with new territories, pricing, and contract types
- Prepare commission statements for sales team quarterly; design commission estimation calculator for Sales team
- Assist Director of Commercial Operations with weekly commission preparation as well as quarterly commission payouts
- Assist with deal approval and deal scorecards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and data analysis programs (e.g., Excel/Google sheets, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in or with a sales team with an understanding of sales processes
- Experience working with sales compensation plans
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and create cohesive reporting
- Experience using Salesforce is not required but highly preferred
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000
*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
