We are now looking for a Commercial and Operations Manager for Nordics, who will be responsible for implementing commercial and operational strategy in line with the business objectives. You will be an important addition to the KDB Leadership Team in Nordics reporting to the Nordic Managing Director and you have the important role to lead the Com & Ops team to reach the business targets & objectives.
You will lead the key account activity for Nordics and together with Branch Managers and other Global stakeholders, develop the portfolio of KAM accounts and repairs for doors, ensure a smooth operation of the Customer Service Center for Nordics in accordance with strategic directions set by the business.

The role can be based in either in Finland or Sweden.
Key accountabilities at the role:
- Develop and implement strategies to provide customers with cost-effective, innovative, and reliable door installations with efficient maintenance services.
- Maintain good relationships with key strategic clients, major influencers, and decision-makers.
- Ensure continuous profitable growth of the KAM portfolio and the with Repair Tendering Sales business
- Responsible for the commercial service policy and ensuring its application within the team.
- Ensure the planning and management of resources to efficiently and timely respond to tenders and customer requests.
- Lead and drive the performance of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and financial results/budget targets
- Analyze, organize, and optimize the operations of the team and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage and coach the team’s performance on a daily basis, develop their skills, set objectives, and assess them.
- Work closely with Branch Managers to develop the business and the customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, education & experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Master's degree in commercial or similar
- Prior working experience within people leadership both direct and matrix
- Commercial/Business development capabilities & experience
- Strong understanding of pricing, business principles and risk management
- Experience driving change and process optimization
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and at least one of the Nordic languages.

We also think you have the ability to take on customer´s perspective and to see the importance of focusing on those activities which are critical to customer satisfaction. Since you will be supporting in management of Key Customer Relationship, your experience within Customer relationship management will be appreciated.
