Responsibilities:
1. Analyse key advertising metrics from platform perspective and identify key opportunities and blockers.
2. Collaborate with relative teams to Implement strategy and new products to increase ads revenue.
3. Maintain good cooperation with key accounts and work closely with client solution team to deliver best-in-class service.
4. Make deep dives into e-commerce ecosystem such as product, creatives and campaign management to summarize best practices.
5. Support hashtag or influencer marketing activities as needed.

Requirements:
1. More than 2 years' working experience.
2. Interest in advertising, media, or other sales-related areas.
3. Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
4. English Fluency is mandatory, speaking mandarin is a plus.
