About the role:

Due to several upcoming Data Centres, as well as on-going delivery of a significant number of projects around Victoria we are for a Commercial Manager to join our team in Victoria. As the Commercial Manger on one of our upcoming prestigious commercial projects you will be involved from the beginning. In your day to day will:

• Oversee the preparation of construction works contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is distributed and processed,

• Innovate and oversee the implementation and maintenance of proper documentation, systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of site administration processes and service for stakeholders

• Oversee the preparation of purchasing reports, receipts and acknowledgement of materials and supplies and the preparation of internal construction works reporting.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Prior experience in a Commercial Manager or similar role.

• Experience on Large scale commercial projects or precincts

• Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within strict timeframes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships and coordinate internal and external stakeholder requirements.
