Commercial Waste Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 plus performance bonus, company car/car cash allowance and pension
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing;
-
Effectively support the Territory Head of Operations in delivering on all aspects of the Commercial Strategy in a safe and legally compliant manner.

Maximise profitability, deliver first class customer service & Operational excellence and drive our business purpose.

Coordinate/support Infrastructure, Acquisitions and Commercial Projects across the operational territory through efficient planning.

Be a key driver in delivering net revenue growth and performance, ensuring we are commercially aware whilst driving efficiencies.

Supporting the Head of Operations and Area Managers in the delivery of all Divisional priorities and objectives, aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Production and delivery of budget and forecast expectation as well as commercial modelling.

Providing clear, transparent and accurate reporting of business performance.

Modelling future capacity and service offerings to maintain strong organic growth as industry, legislation and customer needs evolve.
What we're looking for;

Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.

Experience of change management.

Experience of producing and presenting financial models and business plans.

Previous experience within the waste industry desirable but not essential
-
Strong business acumen.

Producing reports from BI systems

What We Do
Veolia UK provides solutions for ecological transformation. We are a company of almost 14,000 employees, although we prefer to think of ourselves as “resourcers”.
