Join us as a Commercial Lead - NatWest Boxed
- This role will see you monitor and manage the Commercial performance of our client base across Unsecured Personal Lending and Savings portfolios
- You'll be leading the process to prioritise commercial activities to deliver sustainable returns and good customer outcomes

What you'll do
As a Commercial Lead, you’ll be monitoring product revenue performance and collaborating with internal stakeholder functions such as Credit Risk, Retail Pricing, Product, Finance and Strategy to optimise the cross-client portfolio strategy and returns
We’ll also expect you to:
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to define goals for our client portfolios and manage them throughout the life of our partnerships
- Conduct analysis as part of budgeting and trading cadence to understand and optimise performance of our clients’ Lending or Savings portfolios
- Support clients’ business plan reviews and updates, as well as contract renewal negotiations
- Play an integral role in helping us set up the operating model, processes and tools to manage clients’ portfolios performance in-life
- Inform our product roadmap, working closely with our Product teams and feeding requirements to improve commercial performance and user journeys
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with experience in the banking industry or any other regulated environment that has managed and grown Retail Lending portfolios with any experience in Savings portfolios being beneficial. Along with this, you’ll have strong understanding of functional, commercial and financial aspects of managing the P&L of Retail Lending or Savings portfolios
We’ll also need you to have:
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence to senior management and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of product, commercial and GtM levers and trade offs in scaling financial services products
- Strong financial acumen and presentation skills, ideally including strong financial modelling experience
- Excited to work in a fast growing start up environment, shape up and evolve the ways we do things, while maintaining a getting things done attitude
