The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Commercial Finance Specialist role will make an impact:

Actual month closing activities, preparing accruals.

In depth P&L analysis, detailing variances on Gross Margin and SG&A vs Plan, Forecast, PY
-
Price-Volume Analysis using Excel and Powerbi tools.

Supporting internal & external audit

ERP system submissions of Forecast, Plan, Net Working Capital and Work Force Planning

Checking the return invoices /debit notes (vendor account, amount, vat) on a regular basis

Creating the cancellation and objection to received invoices in e-invoice portal
-
Triggering the sales invoices to e-invoice portal, checking error messages in sales invoices (if any), setting up the communication between IT and Portal vendor

Cost Center allocation of bulk invoices

Collecting and coordinating data for CIT
-
Collecting and coordinating data for Cash Flow
-
Uploading asset numbers for disposal and global reporting
-
Supporting Finance function for agreement upload, new vendor creation, GL account and Cost Center information requests

This role will be reporting to Senior FP&A Manager
-
The employee will be working as External Temporary Worker, not a Viatris HC
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

Educational background - University degree (Finance, Economics, Maths) is preferred
-
Previous work experience in the same/similar role with a minimum of 3 years in financial analysis and accounting field in a multinational company is required

Advanced MS Excel and other Office applications, SAP FI experience is a must
-
High level of analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
-
Experience of working in a dynamic organization
-
Working proficiency in Turkish and English language is a must.
