Responsibilities

  • The Commercial Card Implementation Manager has responsibility for managing directly implementation associates who are accountable for designing and onboarding clients’ commercial card program(s). 
  • Work directly with clients in designing and onboarding their commercial card program
  • Combining project management, systems integration, and commercial card product knowledge, the individual will lead associates core activities, including gathering requirements; assisting clients to make program feature selections to ensure the card program will achieve the client's goals; and customer training customers.
  • Working with the implementation and product teams, understand the strategic vision and goals for the business, applying data-and-fact-based knowledge to generate continuous improvement processes for the implementation team
  • Establish oneself as a Subject Matter Expert for understanding of the full suite of product offerings and how to maximize implementing them
  • Establishing a communication rigor up and down the organization touched by commercial cards, as well as with clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience with all aspects of implementing commercial card programs in the middle market and large corporate market segments
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience leading teams who implement commercial card programs
  • Advanced product knowledge of purchase cards, corporate travel (Central Travel, Declining Balance, and traditional travel cards), fleet cards, and virtual cards
  • Ability to mentor staff in how to design complex card programs
  • At least two (2) years' experience with the TS2 environment
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience with managing VPA, ICCP, ICBT, STP, and supplier
  • Strong data analysis, research, and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business (or similar degree) preferred
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, tools, and techniques
