Job Summary: 

As a Commercial Account Executive on Strider’s Strategic Solutions Team, you will drive new business development, advance opportunities, and deliver solutions to meet client needs. This role is essential to our growth and success, focusing on building relationships and closing deals that align with Strider's mission and goals. 

What you will do: 

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with organizations of varying sizes and industries.
  • Identify client needs and align them with Strider’s solutions to create value and solve challenges.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their priorities and goals.
  • Effectively communicate Strider’s value proposition through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and client success) to deliver tailored solutions. 

What you will need to be successful: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior exposure to innovation, security, or SaaS products.
