Your Role:

As Collaboration Platform Lead, you’ll be at the heart of transforming our collaboration tools and technologies. You’ll lead design, development, and continuous improvement of core platforms like Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Sharepoint Online, and Litera Desktop Suite, ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of these technologies. Your expertise will guide the team and influence the future direction of our collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, innovation, support, and troubleshooting of collaboration technologies.

• Manage continuous improvements, lifecycle management, and roadmap planning for in-scope platforms.

• Take ownership of service availability, reliability, and performance, ensuring targets are met.

• Lead and develop a talented team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and high performance.

• Work closely with third-party support services, stakeholders, and project management to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Essential: Proven experience with Office 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Litera Desktop Suite.

• Desirable: Knowledge of iManage, MS Azure, and PDF tools (Kofax, PDFDocs, Adobe).

• ITIL Service Management Foundation, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent certification a plus.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability, with a customer-centric and results-driven approach.

• A flexible, resilient team player with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
