This Project Manager role, requires a strong communicator with excellent organizational and knowledge with our Comply platform. The successful employee will work extensively with the Client Engagement Team will become the go to team member on VAT Compliance queries and escalations.

With a focus to always strive to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the work between Client Management and Compliance Teams, identifying interdependencies and implementing joint process flows, where applicable.
  • Manage and execute on incoming and outgoing client queries allocated for action, supporting and mentoring the rest of the team on complicated compliance queries
  • Managing own and supporting on expansions for companies where there is an identified opportunity or request from the client.
  • Work on allocated list of clients on campaigns / projects assigned by line manager. Renewal campaigns, etc.
  • Suggesting process improvements, where there is a need, train the wider team and follow up on legislation or process changes affecting Client Management Team and ensuring educational materials / tools are available.
  • Manage the configuration of Database with company information, pricing, bank details and any other relevant information.
  • Keeping management informed of performance by providing weekly reports as agreed.
  • Work towards achieving set KPIs associated with the above functions.
  • Carry out other team Engagement related duties as assigned by the line manager.
  • Responsibilities include managing queries from clients and to manage deadline requirements for these clients.
Requirements

Competencies

  • Fluency in English, both verbally and written is a requirement. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Ambitious, organized and being a person who enjoys a process driven approach to tasks.
  • Working well independently with a strong sense of how to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good commercial acumen in identifying potential issues before they occur.
  • Experience in B2B client communications is an advantage.
  • Ability to relay urgency in a convincing, friendly and patient manner.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft package is advantageous.
