Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

T-Rex Solutions LLC is a leading business combining innovative Next Generation IT (“NGIT”) capabilities and enabling skills to provide industry-leading solutions to the federal government with a focus on cloud infrastructure and engineering, cybersecurity and large systems integration. T-Rex is part of the winning team awarded a program to support the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) by providing enterprise architecture, data, and engineering services to USTRANSCOM, US Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC), and US Army Surface Deployment Distribution Command (SDDC). The team will develop and deliver enterprise architecture products, capability prototypes, system plans, enterprise cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and data management services; as well as provide enterprise architecture tool operations support for service offerings across USTRANSCOM and its Transportation Component Commands. As the command transitions into commercial cloud services and future capabilities, T-Rex will support integration efforts to perform analysis across enterprise, systems of systems, and individual system levels as well as assist the Government in developing enterprise strategies, technical standards, and services. All work will be performed at Scott Air Force Base.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently or in a small team setting
• Knowledge of ICAM and ICAM processes such SAML, Oauth, and Federated Identities
• Knowledge of Government Cloud (AWS GovCloud etc.)
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive
• Possess at least one current AWS Certification
• Understanding of AWS including AWS Command Line (CLI), current AWS product offerings and services, best practices and troubleshooting techniques, and experience providing systems administration and issue resolution for AWS
• Demonstrated proficiency with one or more scripting or programming languages

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Secret Security Clearance
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related role, with a focus on delivering security solutions to clients
• CompTIA Security+ or comparable IAT/IAM II/III certification required prior to hire

Desired Skills:

• DoD.8570/8140 IAM III Certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) preferred

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $128,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
