Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION- CLO Structurer
Be a member of the Structured Products Group within Invesco Private Credit which manages nearly $18 billion in CLO AUM.
*Assist with issuance of Invesco managed CLOs. Direct modeling activities for new issues, refinancings, and resets. Liaise with structuring / placement agent to help shepherd this process from beginning to completion.
*Help drive Invesco issuance pipeline given analysis on existing and new transactions
*Coordinate interactions with third parties, including rating agencies, legal counsel, and potential investors during stip negotiations.
*Review CLO indentures and interpret impacts document terms may have on CLO cash flow models
*Follow CLO market trends, levels, and participants to help guide future structuring decisions
*Participate in the management of Invesco CLO Equity Funds
*Communicate with external parties on behalf of Invesco and Invesco managed CLO’s.
SKILLS
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree. Master’s degree, MBA, or CFA Charter holder is a plus but not required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant CLO experience. Strong preference for sell-side structuring background but relevant buy-side experience can substitute
• Aptitude for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and Bloomberg. Experience with Intex or other CLO cashflow modeling software required.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on projects.
• Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and quickly complete tasks upon assignment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
The salary range for this position in New York is $150,000 - $175,000 annually. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
