About The Role
We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our clinical workflows, ensuring seamless care coordination, optimizing processes, and driving data-backed improvements. You’ll work closely with our Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to enhance provider support and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize clinical workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving care coordination.
- Analyze performance data using SQL and other tools to track provider KPIs, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to develop strategies that enhance patient and provider experiences.
- Act as a key liaison for providers, ensuring their concerns are addressed, feedback is gathered, and workflows are streamlined.
- Support innovation in care delivery, researching best practices and industry trends to help shape Mochi’s clinical roadmap.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience, STEM or related field
- Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office.
- Experience with EHR systems and knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
