Leidos and the National Security Sector currently have an opening for a Client Systems Specialist to work at Joint-Base Langley Eustis in Hampton, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW) and Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command.
As a Client Systems Specialist you will perform Tier-1 support to the Executive Staff, assist help desk support with troubleshooting of customer IT systems. Additionally, the Client Systems Specialist will work with a dynamic team that executes, enables, and protects operations within an enterprise network architecture. The organization supports over 500 customers with requirements that involve desktop hardware and application support, networking, telecommunications, and data center operations. Will provide first-level contact with customers, to include senior leadership personnel and convey resolutions to issues, track and route trouble tickets, and perform additional client-level IT support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs Tier-1 support to the Executive Staff
- Assist help desk support with troubleshooting of customer IT systems.
- Support a dynamic team that executes, enables, and protects operations within an enterprise network architecture.
- Assist the Org w/ over 500 customers’ requirements that involve desktop hardware, cyber security, application support, networking, telecommunications, and data center operations.
- Will provide first-level contact with customers, to include senior leadership personnel and convey resolutions to issues.
- Track and route trouble tickets and perform additional client-level IT support.
- Installs, maintains, and trouble-shoot cyber equipment.
- Maintains IT systems database and records.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4-8 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask and communicate clearly with team members and customers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with solid knowledge of industry security standards and vulnerability scanning techniques.
- Perform frequent lifting and moving of IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to perform duties in confined environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information management, or equivalent IT degree.
- IT customer support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Respond quickly to rapid changes in customer requirements and accepts new challenges.
- Flexibility to learn new products and teach users how to use technical solutions.
- AF Intel experience.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
