We are looking for a motivated and skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team in Almaty, Kazakhstan and help drive our business success.

What you'll do:

  • Advise and Enhance: Consult with clients to improve organizational effectiveness and optimize their campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Build Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with existing business customers while onboarding new strategic clients, ensuring a smooth experience from introduction to campaign creation and optimization.
  • Drive Success: Cultivate successful client relationships, contributing to scalable account management practices for future growth.
  • Communicate Proactively: Provide clear, consistent, and proactive communication between clients and internal teams, representing their needs and setting expectations.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Address and resolve client issues efficiently and tactfully, contributing to processes that prevent future challenges.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a trusted advisor on online advertising strategies, campaign delivery, and market trends.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and drive innovative solutions.
  • Handle Contracts and Financials: Manage contracts, renewals, and collaborate with Finance and customers on invoicing and payment collections.

What you need for this role:

  • Proven Experience: 1–2 years in Account Management with a track record of creating, maintaining, and growing customer relationships.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Advertising Expertise: Strong knowledge of online advertising, analytics, and social media trends.
  • Market Savvy: Deep understanding of market trends, opportunities, and emerging industry innovations.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel and data interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
