The Role


As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout their partnership with Optimize Health. You will collaborate with our sales, patient onboarding and support teams to deliver excellent customer service and support, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our business. Though this is a hybrid role, for onboarding and training the expectation is that the Client Solutions Associate will be in person in our Ottawa office. Additionally, there may be ongoing in-office days at our Ottawa office upon request by leadership.

  • Ability to travel to the United States as needed to support new and existing clients

What we are looking for

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in clear, understandable terms
  • Tech-savvy with a strong comfort level using digital platforms and software applications
  • Ability to adapt communication, presentations and trainings to match the audience
  • Background in insurance, claims reviews or US Healthcare an asset
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within healthcare technology or a related field
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
