BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Pennsauken Center for ABA Services.

The Client Services Manager will: 

  • Provide superior customer service to the families we serve and stakeholders
  • Support and guide our families on their journey to obtain services for their loved one
  • Focus on coordination of client services and manage emergent scheduling issues when they arise
  • Assist the team in growing our business, enabling more children in our community to receive quality services
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations 
  • Effectively and positively communicate about and represent our company and services
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics 
  • Partner with the center's clinical leader to provide supervision and support to field employees  

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager: 

  • Bachelor degree is required 
  • Prior healthcare or relevant experience preferred 
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus 
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement) 
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position 
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
