BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Orlando, FL Assistive Care Office located in Doctor Phillips.

Responsibilities for a Client Services Manager:
- Manage incoming prospect inquiries. Respond by the end of each day.
- Manage recruiting activities from prospect calls to interview to on-boarding; this includes scheduling, interviewing, obtaining new hire information (references, license, criminal background, health screening), extending conditional offers.
- Schedule orientation with approved for hire prospects and conduct new hire orientation along with Clinical Services Manager according to policy.
- Enter information and update computer as appropriate through each phase of the recruiting/hiring process.
- Maintain current knowledge of employee pay rates and benefits and communicate information as necessary to field employees.
- Follow up with Clinical Manager and Client Services Manager to ensure additional competency and field orientation takes place, as necessary.
- Assume responsibility/oversight for personnel file management, credentialing, and coordination.
- Ensure all employee information is obtained and maintained in accordance with federal, state and CHAP requirements.
- Maintain database of employee and prospective employee information.
- Ensure all field and office employees continue to meet appropriate certifications and in-service requirements. Coordinate all appropriate re-certifications and necessary in-services, as applicable.
- Coordinate annual performance evaluations with Client Services Managers/Clinical Managers, as applicable.
- Assist with retention activities including company/office contests, Presidential Scholarship, Heroes recognition, Years of Service recognition, BAYADA Bucks program, etc.
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care
- Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
- Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
- Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:
- Bachelor degree is required
- Experience in recruiting or an interest in learning
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
