About the role

As our Sales Team continues to grow, we are looking for a Client Services Lead who will partner with advertisers across a vast landscape of industries and agencies, to bring the power of Attain data to life. As our offerings expand beyond insights, programmatic media and measurement, your digital media expertise, strategic mindset and relationship building skills, will be the key foundation to help our customer base scale. As a Client Services Lead you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and data-driven strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on demand side platforms and trading
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects & prioritize
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data & derive actionable insights
  • Experience building and upselling media execution and measurement strategies to traders, agency teams and executives
  • Excellent customer service, project management, analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient understanding in data-driven advertising as well as the advertising landscape (DSP/DMP/SSP)

What a typical week might look like

  • Manage and maintain relationships with Attain’s programmatic and media clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion as their primary point of contact
  • Develop a deep understanding of Attain’s products and services to effectively communicate the value of those to clients and partners
  • Lead initial client kick-off and onboarding through entire lifecycle (from IO to final reporting) for Managed Service & Programmatic media campaigns 
  • Execute, optimize & monitor clients’ campaigns as well as analyze campaign performance, make data-driven recommendations as well as provide actionable insights and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of clients’ campaigns, deliverables and account planning
  • Review client metrics to gain a deeper understanding of account health, upsell opportunities and any potential risks, as well as proactively communicate any ongoing issues

At the end of your first year, you’ll have helped us

  • Onboard net-new business and build the operational component of our measurement and data activation offerings
  • Upsell existing customers into incremental data activation and measurement 
  • Raise the bar of our organizational expertise in the marketplace by leading cross-functional education sessions
  • Utilize programmatic experience to collaborate with sellers to grow our outbound go-to-market strategies and programmatic offerings
