Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through inquiries and providing expert knowledge on products and services.
- Assist in researching target markets to identify new customer opportunities and increase engagement with current clients, contributing to sales goals.
- Explain the features, benefits, and options available to customers in person, tailoring information to their specific needs.
- Address customer concerns or objections professionally, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication throughout the sales process.
- Handle account inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining strong customer relationships and boosting satisfaction levels.
- Participate in regular training sessions with team members and management to stay current on product offerings and sales techniques.
Client Service Representative Skills & Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet performance goals.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with colleagues and customers.
