Our Client Service Analysts are the cornerstone of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, our analysts are dedicated to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client.
As a service representative in Supply Chain Finance, you will have the opportunity to provide account maintenance and invoice inquiry support via phone and email channels. This role will challenge you to stretch outside your comfort zone, learn new skills, and play a crucial role in helping us understand and meet the needs of our suppliers and internal partners. We expect you to meet defined call center performance goals on all parameters inclusive of efficiency, client satisfaction, quality and controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide account maintenance and invoice inquiry support through phone and email channels.
- Stretch beyond your comfort zone, learn new skills, and assist the team in understanding and meeting the needs of our suppliers and internal partners.
- Achieve defined call center performance goals across all parameters, including efficiency, client satisfaction, quality, and controls.
- Share payment and invoice-related status along with steps for resolution.
- Resolve all supplier inquiries within SLAs by coordinating with internal teams and providing timely status updates to interested parties.
- Proactively communicate and escalate aging and sensitive supplier issues.
- Share information on identified supplier issues or product deficiencies and suggest ideas for process improvement and volume reduction.
- Serve as a peer coach to other employees, sharing best practice examples with newly hired employees or analysts learning new tasks.
- Ensure proper handling and disposition of case tracking records.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3 years of Trade & Working Capital customer service experience in a call center environment
- Strong team player with ability to build good working relationships with various teams
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a team environment
- Self-starter who does not require close supervision
