As a Markets Transition Manager within our team, you will work closely with Markets Sales, clients, and internal partners to onboard clients for trading Markets products. You will be responsible for fielding and tracking requests, relaying requirements, and coordinating with various teams such as Ref Data, KYC, Accounts, Credit, Legal, and Operations to ensure clients are onboarded seamlessly and ready to trade within the targeted timeframe. Your goal will be to deliver an excellent client experience that aligns with the needs and objectives of the client, Markets Sales, and Digital Client Service organizations. Our Markets Transition Management Team operates globally, supporting clients and Markets Sales across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide each client with an excellent onboarding experience in a fast-paced, multi-asset class, multi-partner, and evolving environment while adhering to controls and transparency requirements.
- Leverage business analytic skills to apply client, product, and process knowledge in answering questions and discerning/relaying onboarding requirements, steps, expected timeframes, and status for a diverse set of requests to clients and internal partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners, such as Sales, Ref Data, KYC, Accounts, Credit, Legal, and Operations teams, to establish a transparent, controlled, and efficient environment.
- Work with technology, data, and partner teams to continually improve platforms, automation, and client metrics to facilitate the achievement of a \"best in class\" onboarding service.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Demonstrate experience in a client-facing role within onboarding or relevant business partner groups.
- You must have 2+ years of experience
- You must hold a bachelor's degree or above
- Possess knowledge of Markets products, industry landscape, platforms, and core controls.
- Exhibit strong client management and communication skills.
- Showcase excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Focus on results and manage a high volume of requests in a dynamic operating environment.
- Navigate diverse process flows and data sets, and drive process enhancements.
- Design technology enhancements and utilize business analytic/automation tools.
- Have business analytics experience and/or proficiency with data management tools, such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlikview.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
