The Leidos Accredited Testing and Evaluation (AT&E) Lab Program is a leading provider of Testing, Evaluation, and Certification services across three unique disciplines: Common Criteria, FIPS 140, ONC Health IT Testing and Certification. This Client Relationship Manager position will have the unique opportunity to focus on the growth of the business across all three disciplines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all growth for the AT&E Lab (Common Criteria, Crypto Security (FIPS 140), ONC Health IT)
- Develop and present new client presentations to prospective new customers
- Facilitate all new business inquiries for the AT&E Lab
- Lead proposal development of all AT&E contracts, working with all internal stakeholders as necessary
- Manage prospective new business opportunities through Leidos’ CRM tool (currently WinIT)
- Provide internal stakeholders real time status updates on growth activities
- Lead AT&E pipeline review meetings
- Attend industry conferences, and work with the AT&E team to execute a strategic plan targeting key potential customers for F2F reach out
You Will Bring These Qualifications:
- Client Management experience in either Common Criteria, FIPS 140, or ONC Health IT disciplines
- Lead generation expertise
- Proposal development expertise (SOWs, MSAs, NDAs)
- Technical writing skills
- Strong leadership skills that can be applied to fast paced commercial environment
- Strong multitasking and time management.
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to build out client presentations in Power Point
- Proficient in CRM tools
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires 8+ years of prior Client Management experience in Common Criteria FIPS 140, or ONC Health IT.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
