Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and managing diverse portfolios? In this client-focused role, you will manage a wide range of compensated clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and their investment portfolios are effectively overseen in collaboration with their financial advisers. As a dedicated Relationship Manager, you will regularly communicate with clients, their families, health professionals, and other key stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes, always adhering to trustee requirements as specified in relevant Acts.

This role will require travel to meet with clients face-to-face, and you will need to have confidence in managing sometimes challenging conflict situations, both remotely and in person.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Significant experience in a relationship manager role, preferably financial or legal fields.
  • Strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, especially those with limited capacity.
  • The ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Self-driven with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • High resilience and emotional intelligence, with a thoughtful and considerate approach.
  • Understanding and knowledge, of financial management, tribunal requirements, and relevant legislation (e.g., Corporations Act, Trustee Act, Guardianship and Administration Act) preferred but not essential
