クライアント・リレーションシップ・ダイレクターは、メガファーマなどの大手クライアントのアカウントマネージャーとして、クライアントのニーズを的確に把握し、当社が提供できる包括的なサービス・プロジェクトの提案を行い売上に対する責任を持ちます。
また、受注した案件を横断的にオーバサイトすることも重要な責務の一つで、クライアントとのガバナンス会議等をリードすることにより、 受注した案件に関わり続けるなど、 クライアントの理解と信頼を得ることも重要な職責となります。
(業務内容)
1.営業提案書の作成、レビュー
2.市場動向調査および競合他社情報の収集
3.過去入札情報などの収集と案件獲得のための戦略立案・交渉
4.受託後のガバナンス統制(ローカル及びグローバルチームの一員として)・グローバルとの連携。など
■必要条件
下記の能力や経験を有している方
- CROなどでマーケティング、営業(アカウントマネジメント)の経験をお持ちの方
- 医薬品開発のプロセスについて幅広い知識を有している
- 交渉力・問題解決力・コミュニケーション能力(海外含む社内外の関係者)
- 対人関係構築力
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力 (読み, 書き, 話す)
- ビジネスレベルでの英語能力(Reading, Writing, Speaking)
