What We’re Looking For
A consulting services sales professional who thrives helping customers identify their pain points and strategically consult with them on our Liatrio services. You are experienced in generating new business as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts. You are comfortable with managing broad responsibility for the overall health and sales performance of a growing territory of defined accounts.
Interacting with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, you will be driving the digital transformation strategy for our enterprise customers. You will be charged with identifying and collaborating on the transformation plans for our customers. Each customer may have a different introduction to Liatrio, but you will play a central role in developing the plan to help them drive the outcomes they desire and gain the most benefit from a partnership with Liatrio. This role will report to our CRO and join our other Client Principals, and will work closely with our Marketing team, Operations Manager, and consultants.

Responsibilities
- Work with Liatrio executives, Delivery consultants, and R&D to drive the Liatrio consulting services value proposition for target clients
- Assist in the preparation of pre-work, scoping, and contracts
- Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by our transformational services
- Prospecting, new logo acquisition, & working with existing customers to introduce and expand our our transformational services within assigned market territory
- Forecast revenues timely and accurately; Increase revenue/ retention rates for specified key accounts
- Represent Liatrio with integrity, maintain industry credibility, and establish and strengthen relationships through presenting to various audiences
Requirements
- Consistent high performance against sales quotas driven by C-Level and VP level relationships at key customer contact
- Experience using a consultative or advisory-based sales approach in a complex enterprise sales environment
- Innovative and creative thinker who can work independently and leverage resources wisely to meet objectives
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and Application Lifecycle Development Processes in large enterprises
- First-hand experience selling Software Development consulting services, Cloud Application consulting services, Platform Engineering consulting services, and/or IT Transformation consulting services
- Partner and/or Systems Integrator management experience
- Proven ability to assess and disqualify customers/opportunities
- Driven to assist customers in making the right decisions which will drive the optimal outcomes - even if it results in elongating the sales cycle
- Values and practices empathy with a high degree of emotional intelligence
Specifics
- Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, and more
- Base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 + commission
- Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
- Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely, attending industry events, company events, and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. We anticipate this role will travel 8-16 times a year
