EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Performance Analyst who has a proven track record of analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and providing insights that can help mitigate risks. Whether it's about market trends, customer behavior, financial analysis, or operational efficiency, you can assist in interpreting and presenting data in a clear and meaningful way. What You'll Do:
As a Client Performance Analyst your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by collaborating in a consultative manner, proactively offering strategic insights and suggestions to meet client, advisor, and enterprise needs.
  • Create slick and substantive dashboards and visualizations that explain trends and risk items. Be able to provide strategic insights to users, including external clients.
  • Interact with multi-functional areas, including Account Management, Clinical, Financial Risk, Analytics, Operations, and Product to design and support reporting or modeling needs.
  • Implement data quality controls to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support end users in understanding functionality and navigation of reports and information.
  • Assist in researching solutions and recommending actions to achieve higher levels of efficiency for business drivers such as clinical interventions strategies, clinical savings, financial pricing models, client performance metrics, and risk metrics.
  • Work with end users to conduct data analysis, identify data trends, patterns, and insights (e.g., customer performance risks, savings opportunities, look-ahead trends, and market dynamics that affect client performance) to inform business decisions.
  • Research market trends in the industry (e.g., Inflation, Reforms, Benchmarks) and apply innovative solutions to the current workflow.

 
What You Need:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Information Systems or Economics preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, data analytics, BI or similar field.
  • Expert in MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in BI tools such as Domo or Power BI.
  • Experience handling large datasets for Ad-Hoc Analysis.
  • Experience with SQL (or similar) for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Independent working ability with strong time management skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas through storytelling to senior leaders.
  • Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills; Ability to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to meet deadlines; adapt and be flexible in a complex changing environment
  • Excellent attention to details and strong aptitude for mathematics and analyzing data
  • Experience working with healthcare claims data and/or pharmacy data preferred.

Compensation Structure
The compensation structure for this position at our company is governed by various state Fair Pay Acts. Salaries will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
