The Role

Kyndryl is on the hunt for a Client Partner with a proven track record of success to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage our extensive portfolio and cutting-edge capabilities to uncover new opportunities, discover new buying centers, and innovate ways to help our clients transition to a digitally enabled future. Your efforts will not only enhance their business and customer experiences but also contribute to the overall improvement of healthcare.

  • Lead and manage stewardship for healthcare clients, serving as their Kyndryl leader and ensuring profitable year-over-year growth. 
  • Collaborate with clients to discover ways to impact their business and customers, resulting in measurable sales and revenue growth (both on existing and new projects) and overall satisfaction.
  • Build deeper relationships with customer CXOs (beyond the CIO) through marketing campaigns, thought leadership activities, account references, and PR/media opportunities.
  • Craft proposals and negotiate agreements aimed at achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for Kyndryl and its clients.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets, ensuring contractual arrangements meet defined commercial goals.
  • Own the P&L (Profit & Loss) for the account, with support from Consulting, Delivery, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the performance of complex global programs.
  • Manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by coordinating relevant Delivery stakeholders.
  • Advocate for your clients internally, ensuring all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in the Kyndryl CRM pipeline to provide visibility and cross-sell opportunities with all practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Kyndryl's GTM offerings and solutions, brand and network building, cross-client lines of business, and industry trends.
  • Cross-sell across our horizontals, services, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate high performance and results in goal achievement, account management, people and diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, and innovation.
  • Manage Kyndryl internal stakeholders and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts to align our offerings with client priorities

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 5+ years in the Healthcare industry and Professional Services (Consulting) with proven success and growth as an account manager or client partner.
  • Consulting and transformation experience managing large accounts of at least $50M. Strong understanding and passion for the healthcare sector, with awareness of industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and disruptors.
  • Proven track record in consulting, designing, and selling solutions related to cybersecurity and resilience, cloud, and/or application modernization.
  • Ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner-level relationships with both C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders through a strong industry point of view and understanding of client needs.
  • Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including cultivating learning agility, developing personal adaptability, and pursuing excellence.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to transform healthcare business processes with technology solutions.
  • References of large integrated healthcare client relationships and complex programs deployed for healthcare systems.
  • Previously worked for other medium-to-large technology consulting firms.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $151,560 to $272,760    based on a full-time schedule.  

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.                                
                                
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:                                
California: $166,680 to $327,240                    
Colorado: $151,560 to $272,760                    
New York City: $181,800 to $327,240                    
Washington: $166,680 to $300,120                    
Washington DC: $166,680 to $300,120                    
                                
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
