We are currently seeking an Enterprise Client Partner to drive new business opportunities and expand our relationships within our existing portfolio of accounts
Position Overview:
The Client Partner – Enterprise will focus on identifying and developing new lines of business within Solvd’s current portfolio of enterprise clients across multiple industries. This role requires deep knowledge and experience in selling to sectors like healthcare, financial services, education, manufacturing, and retail, with a strong understanding of each industry's unique challenges and opportunities. Experience with state and local government is also a plus. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will leverage Solvd’s expertise to drive growth, using a consultative approach to deliver impactful AI and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Growth & Expansion:
- Focus exclusively on driving growth within Solvd’s existing enterprise accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to expand service offerings.
- Leverage Solvd’s capabilities in Generative AI, cloud solutions, DevOps, software development, and data engineering to propose tailored solutions.
- Identify and develop new lines of business, driving revenue growth and increasing Solvd’s impact across multiple departments within client organizations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts, across key industries like healthcare, financial services, education, manufacturing, and retail.
- Build and deepen relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and challenges to position Solvd as a long-term partner.
- Engage regularly with C-suite executives, influencing strategic decisions and driving alignment between client needs and Solvd’s service offerings.
- Solution Selling & Industry Expertise:
- Use strong solution selling skills to articulate the value of Solvd’s AI and technology services, aligning solutions to specific industry needs.
- Apply industry-specific knowledge to address the unique challenges and regulations of sectors such as healthcare (e.g., data security, regulatory compliance), financial services (e.g., risk management, data analytics), education (e.g., e-learning, data-driven insights), manufacturing (e.g., automation, supply chain optimization), and retail (e.g., consumer behavior analytics, omnichannel strategies).
- Experience with state and local government sales and an understanding of procurement processes is a strong plus, as well as familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Client Advocacy & Satisfaction:
- Advocate for clients within Solvd, ensuring their expectations are met and their strategic vision is realized through our services.
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate the success of current projects, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure high client satisfaction and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting:
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline of growth opportunities, tracking engagement and ensuring timely follow-ups to move deals forward.
- Use CRM tools to manage client activities, report on key metrics, and accurately forecast revenue from new business initiatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets through strategic and proactive account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management and business development within IT consulting or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of expanding enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth by developing new lines of business.
- Strong industry knowledge and experience selling to healthcare, financial services, education, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Experience with state and local government is a strong plus.
- Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to position Solvd’s AI, cloud, and digital transformation services to solve complex client challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to engaging and influencing senior executives and C-suite leaders.
- Highly organized, with experience managing complex sales cycles, strategic account plans, and CRM systems.
