Progyny is looking for a motivated Client Onboarding Associate to work with clients and internal stakeholders throughout our benefit onboarding process.
The Client Onboarding Associate will be responsible for driving smooth client implementations that exceed our client's expectations. We are looking for a natural leader who is smart, innovative, and task oriented. Our ideal candidate is excited by challenges and energized by the prospect of making an impact on a cutting-edge industry. This individual will play a key role in managing and guiding new clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful integration of Progyny's services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Taft-Hartley Funds and be adept at navigating complex benefits programs and relationships within these industries.
(This is not a software implementations role)
What you'll do...

Project manage effectively by using advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills

Manage project expectations through regular meetings and updates to direct manager and appropriate stakeholders

Complete and update onboarding project documentation and the CRM system, while refining onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as needed

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction

Maintain clear and thorough internal communication

Coordinate internal and external resources and requirements to ensure milestones are met

Support internal and external resource training and readiness prior to go live of new clients
About you...
-
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role with proven track record of success

Experience working in a healthcare / benefit environment preferred

Bachelor's degree required, PMP Certification or similar certifications are a plus
-
Taft-Hartley Fund experience is a plus
-
Demonstrated implementation management skills including: leadership, communication, customer management, project management

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $70,000 - $80,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
