Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Client Lead to join our media agency team. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Client Lead will be responsible for driving strategic media planning and execution, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that business goals and KPIs are consistently met. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of the media landscape to deliver impactful campaigns that drive results.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the main liaison between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to deliver tailored media strategies.
  1. Strategic Media Planning & Execution
  • Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, data, and media buying) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Oversee campaign optimization, measurement, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  1. Business Development & Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand the agency’s footprint within client accounts.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention while pursuing upselling opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to proactively recommend new solutions.
  1. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor a team of media planners and account executives.
  • Ensure alignment across internal teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  1. Financial Oversight
  • Monitor budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within scope while maximizing ROI.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to revenue growth targets.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of the main media tools (eg. AdBox, Kubik, AQX, AGB/Arianna,Addressable TV) and has the experience to manage the executive media processes independently
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a media agency are appreciated; proved skills in TV, Radio, Print planning
  • Degree or equivalent culture
  • Strong knowledge of media planning and buying processes across all channels
  • Direct experience with international clients
  • Accuracy, precision, attention to details
  • Ability to work in team and coordinate a team (leadership)
  • Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactivity
  • Online/offline budget management
  • Proficiency in English and Italian in writing and speaking
  • Good Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Good Knowledge of Media KPIs
