As a Client Implementation Specialist, you’ll train clients on our SaaS products and guide them through the process of designing and developing their custom website, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the onboarding process and oversee the project management of client “go-lives” over several months.
- Operate as the main point of contact for projects, ensuring clients fully understand the software.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders on a defined schedule.
- Conduct initial software training sessions.
- Use the statement of work provided by the sales team to gather and refine requirements for website design and development teams.
- Collaborate with clients to prepare creative briefs for the design team.
- Work with the design team to deliver unique designs that align with the client’s style and target market.
- Write up tasks in project management tool for developers to build the front end of the client’s custom website.
- Occasionally prepare tasks for back-end developers based on client needs.
- Set up tasks for integrations, APIs, and widgets as needed.
- Coordinate with the project manager to prioritize onboarding projects and design/development tasks.
- Gather technical details to transition domains and import data into the new software.
- Proactively identify and document project issues/risks; collaborate with the project team to implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to product scope and prevent “scope creep.”

You can prioritize and manage multiple projects to ensure timely, on-budget completion. You’ll oversee 8–15 clients at various stages of the onboarding lifecycle. - Technology Training Expertise:
You understand client-facing user experiences and the underlying software, enabling you to interface effectively with design and development teams. You can communicate technical information clearly and provide impactful training to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge. - Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills:
You think on your feet, solve problems efficiently, and figure out how to get the job done quickly and effectively. - Strong Organization, Focus, and Follow-Through:

You appreciate classic and collector cars, enabling you to connect with and understand our clients’ unique needs. - Passion for Technology:
You enjoy acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment. - Passion for Website Design and User Experience (UX/UI):
You take pride in delivering innovative, market-specific website designs that meet clients’ needs. - Educational Background and Experience:
You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, technology, or a related field. You have experience in onboarding/implementation, client success, technical services, or customer support roles.

- This position is remote and open to candidates within the United States.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), is a plus. For SOX-compliant roles, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. This includes ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data.
