What We DoProvides administrative and team support for the implementation and/or effectiveness of products, services and technical or business systems, software, or solutions. Assists in the development of project plans to manage change and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget and meet client expectations. May be involved in the coordination and communication of timelines and status to clients, external partners, internal teams, management, and impacted groups.

What You'll Do

  • Provides a wide range of support to the Client Implementation team.
  • Works closely with management and internal teams to identify client implementation needs and to develop configurations that support business processes.
  • Conducts online meetings/conference calls with customer and collaborate with clients about concerns.
  • May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or may help in scoping projects or developing proposals.
  • Documents and organizes SOPs, process workflows and statistical data.
  • Participates in a range of presentations, gathers information and creates materials.
  • Follows department’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
  • Work with product managers and business sponsors to define appropriate prioritization of features and functions, and work within the sprint planning process to provide needed direction and clarification coordinating

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers, stakeholders and all levels of an organization
  • Sound decision making, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with API’s and working with customers through the integration process
  • Familiarity with XML and JSON structures
  • Possesses trouble shooting skills to work with customers and development to identify issues and gathering information so they can be resolved in a timely manner
  • Adept at working with customers on a business and technical level
  • Plus+ Title examiner background, knowledge in title closing platforms (ResWare, Softpro, or others).
  • Knowledge in DataTrace 2.0 system

Pay Range: $62,700 - $83,575 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
