Gameplay Specialist - AAA Sports Titles

TPG is hiring entry-level Gameplay Specialists based in Hollywood, California. We are specifically seeking competitively ranked Madden multi-players!

Please note that this position will begin as a home-based / remote position, but it will require 100% on-site work starting in April 2025.

The opportunity:

Are you passionate about gaming? Do you know every nook and cranny of Madden? Can you recite your favorite player’s details and stats by memory?  Are you highly ranked in competitive Madden play? Would you like a career in capturing and saving video gameplay moments? If so, we'd love to learn more about you!
This is a full-time freelance to potential staff role (you will be paid W2 payroll). Performance will be evaluated at or around the 90-day mark of your work with us.

What you will do in this role:

• Capture and save incredible gameplay moments
• Craft precise shot lists detailing great gameplay sequences, camera angles & unique elements
• Get paid to play AAA Sports video games, specifically Madden
• Provide feedback for the game and check for bugs
• Quality control related to game content and continuity
• Report and communicate those bugs with the Gaming Development Team

About you:

• You're a walking encyclopedia of all things American Football and have sunk dozens of hours into Madden. You regularly play AAA sports games such as Madden '25, EA College Football '25, or both.
• You're highly ranked as a CURRENT Madden competitive player.
• You have a keen eye for detail and love noting inconsistencies in sports play-by-plays.
• Experience in Photography, Cinematography, or Digital Art is a plus.
• You pride yourself on your proficient PC skills and familiarity with popular mainstream gaming consoles (Xbox, PS5, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
• Your communication and time management skills are excellent.
• You're a positive influence in the workplace and a great team member.
