About the Client Experience Operations team

The Client Experience Operations team is part of Fund Operations, a global unit within EQT’s Central Functions. Our team supports EQT, its clients, and internal stakeholders by managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring efficient, structured, and compliant fund-related processes. Based in Stockholm, we work closely with colleagues across geographies and functions to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience.

About the role

As a Client Experience Operations Administrator you will be an essential part of our client service backbone. Your work will focus on coordinating client-related processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal teams in their client related work. You will also contribute to ensuring a high standard of service delivery across administrative tasks, such as managing digital tools, assisting with data input, and following up on requests from fund administrators and other internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinate and track client queries with support from internal teams and fund administrators
  • Provide structured administrative support to team members and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update documentation and internal processes in an organized manner
  • Assist in the usage and maintenance of digital tools, such as the EQT Investor Portal
  • Take part in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Fund Management and Fund Administrators
  • Support ongoing updates and improvements to workflows and client-related processes
  • Help structure information sharing and keep internal tools up to date

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar academic or non-academic education
  • Relevant experience in an administrative, client service, or back-office role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working across teams and time zones
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Service-oriented attitude and a desire to be helpful and supportive

Nice to have:

  • Experience with digital tools or internal systems
  • Exposure to financial services or fund operations
  • Familiarity with structured document handling and workflow tools
