Our client is a boutique financial services firm in Kansas City, known for providing personalized attention and tailored solutions to their clients. They are looking for a driven and fully licensed Advisor to join their team. This individual will spend 75% of their time seeking out new business opportunities and 25% servicing existing clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a boutique environment and understands the value of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the firm’s client base
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial goals and needs
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients, offering personalized financial solutions
- Present and explain financial products, such as investment and retirement plans, to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Handle client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust
- Maintain a positive mindset and resilience in the face of rejection while continually seeking new business leads
Qualifications
- Fully licensed with Series 6, 63, and 7
- Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a boutique firm environment and appreciate a personalized approach to client services
- Comfortable with rejection and able to remain persistent in pursuit of new business
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
- Total compensation: $135,000 - $185,000 (including performance-based incentives)
