We’re seeking a Training Content Developer to craft engaging training materials, ensure quality standards, and support our client enablement team. You will:

  • Develop and manage training content for the client enablement department. 
  • Conduct content QA, ensuring all training materials meet company standards. 
  • Provide operational support for the client enablement team. 
  • Utilize creativity and technical skills to create and edit training videos and other multimedia content. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and develop effective training materials. 
  • Ensure all training content is engaging, accurate, and up-to-date. 
  • Create high-quality training materials, including videos, manuals, and online modules. 
  • Review and QA training content developed by other team members. 
  • Provide operational support for the client enablement department, including scheduling and logistics. 
  • Use video editing software to create and enhance training videos. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate content. 
  • Ensure training materials are accessible and easy to understand for a diverse audience. 
  • Monitor and update training content regularly to ensure it remains current and effective. 

You have:

  • Strong content creation and video editing skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly training materials. 
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Native in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging training content. 
  • Basic technical skills to understand and create content related to our software products. 
  • Experience in a training or instructional design role. 
  • Familiarity with video editing software and multimedia content creation. 
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts related to our products. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 
  • Previous experience in content creation and training is highly desirable.
