What you’ll do
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Landor. Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring their overall health and output.
- Project Delivery: Be responsible for the delivery of client briefs, balancing strategic and creative excellence, ensuring all outputs are aligned and client expectations are managed throughout the process.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing business and add value to new business pursuits. Build project proposals, scopes of work, and manage resourcing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Advocate for your internal project teams, supporting them through any challenges as needed.
- Financial Management: Manage client budgets, revenue, and profitability. Work with the finance team on reporting, invoicing, and debt collection.
- Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly in written, oral, and presentation forms. Ensure all client-facing materials are of the highest quality.
What you’ll need
- Experience: Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within a brand or business consultancy with client leadership experience.
- Business Acumen: Comfortable managing stakeholders at varying levels up to Marcomms Leadership, with a polished business acumen.
- Project Management: Excellent project management and relationship building skills, across a portfolio of clients, with the ability to manage and feel comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic with intellectual agility – can connect the dots, is able to input into and drive the strategic and creative work to ensure the client's brief is successfully answered, confidently recommending next steps in a clear course of action.
- Financial Savvy: Financially savvy – able to establish financial goals for the business and team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and develop junior Client Services colleagues.
- Drive and Passion: Growth orientated with a focus on building long term relationships and growing business. Voracious hunger – for understanding the Landor offer, new information, for new business, for new ideas.
- Fluency in German (or to a professional level)
