About The Role

The Client Leads Program (CLP) is a key growth engine for Fora, responsible for converting inbound client interest into best-in-class travel experiences while driving commercial success. As Senior Sales Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of the CLP pipeline, from initial inquiry to booking, ensuring a seamless client experience and optimizing sales conversion and revenue growth. This is a strategic leadership role that requires strong sales expertise, operational rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to scale a fast-growing business channel within a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director Travel Sales, you will work cross-functionally with product, advisor experience and travel operations to build a world-class client development function at Fora.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full Client Leads Program (CLP) sales pipeline, driving lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and commercial success.
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify trends, optimize lead qualification, and implement improvements that increase conversion rates.
  • Deliver strategic sales coaching to CLP advisors through group trainings and targeted 1:1 sessions, strengthening close rates and advisor judgment.
  • Advocate for CLP needs within Product and cross-functional teams, informing feature development and platform enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain transparent reporting on CLP performance, surfacing key risks, opportunities, and insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, consistent client experience, and operational alignment across client development.

Requirements

  • Total Experience: 5–7+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or pipeline management, with a proven track record of independently driving results in fast-paced, unstructured environments. Direct experience managing high-volume sales pipelines and delivering strong commercial outcomes is required. Experience as a travel advisor or in travel/hospitality sales is strongly preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of sales strategy, pipeline management, client qualification, and velocity optimization. Proven ability to independently create and run scalable sales operations. Familiarity with platforms such as Retool, Omni, Pipedrive, and Hubspot is strongly preferred.
  • Judgment & Independence: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize actions that maximize commercial value and client experience without needing close day-to-day direction.
  • Client-Centricity: Demonstrated ability to deliver and advocate for consistent, high-quality client experiences, with a clear understanding of how client satisfaction drives long-term business success.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across HQ teams and advocate for program needs and improvements.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data, operational metrics, and customer behavior to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.

Compensation

Compensation range for this role is $110k–$130k base salary + bonus + equity. Other benefits include:
