Job Summary
As a Client Data Analyst within our Securities Services sector, you will play a crucial role in managing e-Banking access for our client-facing products. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including our clients and our Client Service/Solutions, Middle Office, and Help Desk teams. Your role will involve understanding complex client requirements, managing inquiries, and controlling access. We believe in delivering best-in-class solutions, and your clear understanding of our business will be key to this. This role provides an excellent opportunity to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy by completing client instructions and queries in strict adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
- Perform validations on client instructions and seamlessly administer client user access to electronic banking products on provisioning applications in a controlled and risk-free manner.
- Be aware of operational risk scenarios associated with the role and develop ideas to mitigate risk.
- Identify and resolve concerns by assisting Clients, Client Service, Middle Office, and Help Desk.
- Anticipate escalation-prone scenarios and manage them proactively.
- Own, promote, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Liaise with clients using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and maintain self-motivation.
- Work under time-sensitive business deadlines with the ability to work independently.
- Exhibit proven skills in time management and attention to detail.
- Adapt to work in shifts.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Preferably experienced with new-age tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, etc.
