The Role
As a Cleared Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a secure self-serve platform for Jericho Security’s customers. You’ll focus on building automation and productivity features, ensuring that the platform is safe, scalable, and effective for upselling users from freemium to paid models.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a secure self-serve platform that allows customers to try Jericho’s products.
- Implement features to automate CISO workflows and increase productivity for users.
- Monitor user behavior and data to prevent abuse of the platform and ensure security.
- Collaborate with marketing to align platform features with upsell strategies.
- Track and analyze feature performance to continuously improve the user experience.
Relevant Skills & Experience
- Experience as a software engineer in a security-focused environment.
- DoD Top Secret Level Clearance
- Experience with Azure for infrastructure hosting.
- Clearance to work on government or sensitive projects (e.g., DoD clearance).
- Strong knowledge of automation and self-serve platform development.
- Data-driven with experience tracking and optimizing platform performance.
- Proactive and adaptable with the ability to manage security risks.
