To deliver the desired customer experience overall management of positive claims experience journey for claimants and beneficiaries, ensuring the right services within expected service level standard from claim notification to communication of decision.
1. Service Functions. Manage the delivery of Customer Connect Services Claims related functions covering claims admin and group claims processing.
Key functions include:
- Trained in incontestable individual and group claims handling.
- Prompt and accurate processing of claims
- Reviewing and verifying accuracy on insurance claims applications and records ensuring that all requirements are met.
- Ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery when processing claims based on the policy owners contract and set claims guidelines.
- Promptly communicate to the claimants and brokers regarding claim cases
- Timely submission of claims reports
Manage efficiently all assigned claims admin tasks and case processing to ensure desired claim experience is delivered to customers within target TAT.
2. Documentation and Special Projects. Provide support on an ad hoc basis preparation of admin and statistical reports, including UAT testing in claims related project or assignments.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to help meet operational related requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be college graduate; business-related or pre-med course preferred.
- With atleast 2 years experience working in insurance back office operations is required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and good written / verbal communication skills.
