Are you ready to bring Fi to life in your city and make a real impact in the dog parent community? As a City General Manager, you’ll own local market growth, build real-world connections, and develop creative strategies to get Fi in front of the right people. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of Fi’s expansion—turning awareness into action and creating a movement.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute local marketing plans that actually move the needle—think community-driven, high-impact strategies that resonate.
  • Build relationships with dog owners, pet businesses, and organizations that align with Fi’s brand.
  • Plan and host events like off-leash meetups, hikes, and dog-friendly gatherings—getting people excited about Fi in an organic, authentic way.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local pet influencers, shelters, and businesses to expand Fi’s presence.
  • Gather insights from the field to refine our approach and help shape Fi’s broader marketing and growth efforts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong business acumen—you understand brand-building, partnerships, and how to translate awareness into action.
  • Experience in field marketing, partnerships, or community engagement (bonus points if you’ve worked in the pet space).
  • A natural connector—great at building relationships and getting people excited about a brand.
  • Self-starter mentality—you thrive in autonomy, know how to prioritize, and can execute without a playbook.
  • Based in a major Metro in the U.S
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to move around your city.
