Job Summary
As an EMC Specialist in the Global Card Operations team, you will drive performance improvements and ensure that all external emails adhere to global compliance procedures. You will work closely with leaders to enhance processes and client experiences, becoming the voice of the client to drive necessary product enhancements. Your role is vital in identifying sensitive information and ensuring data protection.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive performance improvements through training, policy, process improvement, and technology.
- Partner with leaders to develop and document employee performance and process improvements.
- Participate in calibration and learning sessions to advocate for client-driven product enhancements.
- Identify high-risk Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in email exchanges.
- Ensure compliance with global email procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to quickly address issues or trends.
- Meet productivity targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Escalate issues requiring immediate resolution.
- Manage metric reporting via EMC Admin Reports and other related reports.
- Oversee EMC-related procedures and training.
- Work US hours (Monday to Friday), including PH and US holidays.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical risk assessment skills, including risk mitigation and controls.
- Proven analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and professionalism.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and think strategically.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to share information and support colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage.
- Experience as a vocal and innovative advocate for client/employee experience.
