About the Role

Fluidstack is hiring a Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder/President – a highly organised, proactive right-hand partner who will amplify the Founder’s impact by creating time, clarity, and focus. You will not be setting the strategy, but you will be the person who makes sure it happens. The role is about translating opportunities into action, making sure priorities move forward and ensuring the Founder is in the right place at the right time with the right information.

You will work side-by-side with the Founder every day, learning what it takes to build and scale a hypergrowth company. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of a high-growth startup, learn how decisions are made, and help bring discipline and momentum to the company’s most important initiatives.

Focus

  1. External Engagement and Communications

  • Attend key meetings with external stakeholders - take detailed, actionable notes and track follow-ups

  • Own follow-up communications - craft the strategic narrative, draft proposals and coordinate responses

  • Prepare business development presentation materials for meetings with key customers, suppliers and government officials

  1. Internal Alignment and Project Coordination

  • Expected to think at a high level and contribute to tactical and strategic matters across the company

  • Translate meetings and Founder direction into structured actions items for internal teams

  • Track project progress, flag blockers early, and drive accountability

  • Ensure deadlines are met and execution stays on track

  1. Founder Leverage and Executive Support

  • Shadow and support the Founder daily to streamline workload and prioritise high-impact initiatives

  • Filter and address communications, flagging only what requires Founder attention

  • Align Founder’s calendar with strategic priorities (scheduling handled by executive assistant)

About You

  • 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, banking or similar

  • Fluent in French (Requirement for this role)

  • Clear, concise communicator

  • Highly proactive, organised and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with shifting priorities and minimal guidance

  • Ability to balance diplomacy with assertiveness, influencing colleagues and driving outcomes at all levels

  • Ideally you have experienced scaling before and are comfortable with (or at least very excited and motivated by) fast growth and the unpredictable world of scaling a hypergrowth company

  • Willing to travel on short notice as required
