Having recently raised a €30 million Series B funding round led by top-tier VCs, we are scaling fast and need a dynamic Chief of Staff to help drive our vision forward.

What You Will Do:

• Founders' Extension: Act as a trusted extension of the founders, supporting them in executing their vision and ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Project Oversight: Own the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority projects. Ensure alignment across teams, timely completion, and adherence to budgets, while meeting customer expectations.
• Strategic Planning & Support: Optimize internal processes, monitor key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
• Cross-Departmental Leadership: Spearhead cross-functional initiatives, foster clear communication, and implement OKRs to align teams with company goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure efficient information flow and address evolving organizational needs. Represent the company in key external communications, maintaining relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Business Strategy & Decision Support: Work closely with department heads to ensure the successful execution of strategic business initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Experience: At least 2+ years in high-performance environments, such as venture capital firms, strategy consulting, or fast-growing startups.
• Analytical Mindset: Adept at breaking down complex issues and providing practical, data-driven solutions.
• Process-Oriented: Strong ability to optimize workflows and implement operational efficiencies.
• Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in German and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to independently manage strategic projects while fostering collaboration across teams.
• Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and challenges.
• Willingness to Travel: Open to national and international travel as needed.
