As we expand our footprint in Brazil, we’re seeking an innovative, adaptable, and strategic leader to join us as Chief of Staff, working directly with our Country Manager to drive operational efficiency, execute on strategic initiatives, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Role Overview:

The Senior Program Manager for Brazil Ops will be a strategic thought partner to the Country Manager, providing critical support in decision-making, project management, and business operations. This role is ideal for a resourceful and proactive leader with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The PM will work closely with all departments, helping translate vision into actionable steps, manage high-impact projects, and optimize team performance across Manychat Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement strategic plans and OKRs.
• Assist in setting and tracking key performance metrics to monitor company growth and team performance.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for stakeholders, internal teams, and board meetings.

Project Management:

• Lead and oversee special projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication and timely progress.
• Identify roadblocks and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and accelerate project timelines.

Operational Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in budget planning, monitoring spending, and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Support HR and talent acquisition teams in fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.

Stakeholder & Communication Management:

• Act as a primary liaison between the Country Manager and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective information flow.
• Manage communications with external stakeholders, partners, and clients, enhancing Manychat’s brand and reputation in Brazil.
• Develop internal communication strategies to keep teams informed and engaged with the company’s mission and progress.

Executive Support:

• Support the Country Manager with scheduling, prioritization, and preparation for key meetings and engagements.
• Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare briefings to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operational roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Proven track record in project management, with an ability to handle multiple complex projects.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the Brazilian market and familiarity with conversational marketing or SaaS is a plus.
