The Chemistries and Supplies Inside Sales Representative supports columns, sample prep, and instrument consumables products and workflows for chromatography and spectroscopy systems to a wide variety of markets and customers.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling company products/systems and services to end-user customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone, email, and virtual meeting sales activities.
Additional Responsibilities:

Acts as part of a sales team and supports Field Sales staff. Routinely acts as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and products.

Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

Focuses on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.

Responsible for closing the sale on systems and products or may generate leads for Field Sales staff.

Carries team and/or individual quota.

Handle complex leads, qualified and nurture the leads to potential business opportunities.

You will utilize your sales experience to develop and execute a territory management plan.

You will represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

Works on inside sales assignments with broadly defined objectives.

Solves non-routine issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
Qualifications
This position is remote, but it is preferred to live within the assigned territory.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in STEM field (chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical science, etc)
- 1+ year of technical sales experience
- Requires general proficiency with CRM & digital selling tools
- Chromatography and/or spectroscopy knowledge and/or experience strongly desired. Laboratory experience strongly desired
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least March 12, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $37.50 - $62.50/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
