Senior Technical Supervisor, Information Manager

Job Description
• The Information Associate is expected to support reporting needs of IM stakeholders and proactively develop solutions to data challenges.• Individual filling the position is responsible for participating on projects to elicit new data integration and reporting requirements for our
regulatory systems and taking those requirements through the software development life cycle in partnership with BT and IM Central
Services.• Individual filling the position is responsible for contributing to a set of core data standards and quality measures to be used across the
regulatory solutions portfolio in partnership with supporting CoE functions and stakeholder business lines.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES• Support suite of reporting solutions to serve the Regulatory organization and supporting business lines.• Support integration of regulatory solutions into business processes.• Upon request, provide data analysis support to key stakeholders for regulatory data.• Elicit and document data integration, automation or reporting requirements from regulatory stakeholders.• Participate in quality oriented projects intended to ensure high quality data in our regulatory tracking systems.• Provide solutions to customer data issues and contribute to written materials that communicate solutions and/or options to relevant
stakeholders.• Develop and execute ad hoc or standard queries to extract data from supported systems and follow established procedures to validate
queries/results in support of business requirements.• Document data standards and quality measures for target regulatory solutions based on industry standards.• Develop monitoring reports to ensure proper system usage and data standards alignment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, information management, library science, information technology, computer science, business
administration or related discipline required.• Strong analytical and critical thinker with the ability to solve issues and communicate findings.• Demonstrated customer relationship capabilities.• Experience performing in a cross-functional environment or as part of a larger team.• Technical aptitude for learning new applications and data models.• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.• Ability to interact in a professional manner and build strong collaborative relationships with internal Pfizer teams.• Good working knowledge of MS Office Programs - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.• Experience with data analysis and reporting techniques and technologies (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Brio, MS_Access, Spotfire, Pipeline Pilot)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience with systems management and maintenance including document management systems, databases, business process
management and electronic workflow/routing tools, regulatory submission and tracking systems.• 2+ years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.• Develop monitoring reports to ensure proper system usage and data standards alignment
